ICC T20 World Cup Winners List
The T20 World Cup generally takes place every two years. However, the ICC later abandoned the plan after the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy. The T20 World Cup 2020 edition was supposed to take place in Australia, however owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the date was rescheduled to 2021, with India serving as the new host. Due to issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic in India, which occurred five years after the previous (2016) edition, the T20 World Cup was later moved to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman.

Women’s T20 World Cup Winners List
The biennial worldwide tournament for women’s Twenty20 international cricket is popularly known as the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. The International Cricket Council (ICC), the organisation in charge of overseeing the sport, put on the occasion, with the first edition taking place in England in 2009. There were eight teams for the first three events, but starting with the 2014 edition, this number of teams was increased to ten. The ICC declared in July 2022 that England would host 2026, and Bangladesh would host the 2024 T20 World Cup tournament.
