  • Step 2: On the home page, visit the What’s New section. Find and click on the link “Exam Notification: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024.”
  • Step 3: To apply online, click the link.
  • Step 4: To register for Civil Services Part-I, click the provided link.
  • Step 5: Select Yes after carefully reading the application form’s instructions.
  • Step 6: Complete the part-I application form with all necessary details, including name, date of birth, category, gender, email address, contact information, permanent address, marital status, parents’ names, community, level of education, etc.
  • Step 7: Click Continue once all the information has been entered. Once you have gone over every single detail in the online form, click the Submit button.

Steps to Complete UPSC Application Form Part 2

  • Step 1: Pay the UPSC application fee offline (in cash using an SBI bank challan) or online (using SBI Net Banking, a debit card, or a credit card). All candidates must pay Rs 100/-; Female, SC, ST, and PwBD applicants are exempt from payment.
  • Step 2: Upload your scanned photo, signature, and photo ID card in accordance with UPSC’s required dimensions.
  • Step 3: Enter the exam location and the information relevant to fee payment details.
  • Step 4: Having read the statement, press the “I Agree” button.
  • Step 5: A page with a registration number will be generated after you click the button. Record the registration number on paper. The page should be printed out.
