RPSC Eligibility Criteria 2023 Educational Qualification
According to the official announcement, students who are in their last year of college can still apply for the RPSC RAS Prelims Test 2023, but they must provide proof of passing before moving on to the Mains phase. According to the RAS Qualification, candidates must be graduates of:
- The candidate must possess a degree from one of the universities established in India by an act of the Central or State Legislature, from another institution of higher learning created by an act of Parliament, or from one that has been designated as a university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or from another institution with a degree that the government may deem equivalent.
- Candidates also need to possess the equivalent qualification recognized by the State Government in consultation with the RPSC.
