Negative marking applies at a rate of 1/3rd marks. It’s important to mention that the marks obtained in the prelims exam will not be included in the final merit list.

Mains: In the OPSC OCS Mains exam, there are Qualifying, Compulsory, and Optional Subjects. Papers A and B are considered as qualifying papers, and their marks will not be factored into the final merit list. In the OPSC OCS 2022 Mains Examination, candidates are required to select two optional subjects in addition to the compulsory subjects.
