1. Visit the official website of the Haryana Public Service Commission: https://hpsc.gov.in/
2. On the Home page, find the “Apply Online for Civil Judge (Junior Division) in HCS (judicial branch)” link and click on it.
3. Click on the “New Registration” tab.
4. Enter all the necessary details and click the “Register” button.
5. The system will generate a new User ID and password, which will be sent to your registered mobile number and E-mail ID.
6. Log in to the website again and click on the “Application Form” link for Civil Judge.
7. Provide all required details and upload a recent passport-size photo and signature according to the specifications.
