2. Alternatively, candidates can hold a CA / CS / CWA / CFA / CMA qualification.
3. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST / PwBD applicants) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC /AICTE are also eligible.

SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2023 Salary

The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) offers a competitive salary for the position of Assistant Manager. According to the SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2023 notification, the approximate monthly salary is Rs. 90,000/-. The pay scale structure is as follows: 44500 – 2500(4) – 54500- 2850(7) – 74450 -EB -2850(4) – 85850 -3300(1) – 89150, spanning over 17 years. SIDBI Grade A Work Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks or All India Financial Institutions, specifically in the area of MSME lending (excluding personal loans, educational loans, vehicle loans, housing loans, etc.). Alternatively, candidates with 3 years of experience in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending, non-individual lending, or corporate lending are also eligible.
