- Click on “Already Registered Candidates – Click here to login.”
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and print your admit card.

Details on IB Admit Card 2023
- The admit card will include essential information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date and time, exam centre, and exam instructions.
- Candidates must verify all details and bring the admit card, along with a valid photo ID proof and two passport-size photographs, to the exam centre.
- Arrive at the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card for necessary formalities.
Candidates are advised to adhere to all instructions on the admit card to ensure a smooth examination process. Any violation may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.
IB Selection Process
- Phase 1 (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen) – 100 Marks:
- This phase is the initial screening process common for both Security Assistant (SA/Exe) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS/Gen) positions.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on a set of criteria, and the maximum score achievable is 100 marks.
- Phase 2 (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen) – 40 Marks:
- The second phase is common for both Security Assistant (SA/Exe) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS/Gen).
- Candidates will undergo further assessment, and the maximum score for this phase is 40 marks.
- Part of Phase 2 (for SA/Exe only) – 10 Marks:
- This specific segment is applicable only to candidates applying for the Security Assistant (SA/Exe) position.
- It is an additional evaluation within Phase 2, contributing to a total score of 10 marks.
- Phase 3 (Interview/Personality test) – 50 Marks:
- The final phase involves an Interview/Personality test for candidates who have successfully cleared the preceding phases.
- This phase carries a maximum score of 50 marks.
- The interview assesses not only the candidate’s knowledge but also their suitability for the role based on their demeanor and communication skills.
