APSC Answer Key 2026 OUT: Download official CCE Prelims Question Paper Solutions

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially released the APSC Answer Key 2026 for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination (CCE) 2025, which was conducted on 5 July 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now download the series-wise provisional answer keys for General Studies Paper-I and General Studies Paper-II (CSAT) and calculate their probable scores before the declaration of results.

Along with the answer keys, APSC has also opened the objection window, allowing candidates to challenge any answer they believe is incorrect by submitting authentic documentary evidence within the prescribed deadline. How to Calculate Your Expected Score?

Candidates can estimate their probable marks using the unofficial answer key by following these steps:

1. Download the answer key for the respective paper.
2. Compare your marked responses with the expert solutions.
3. Award yourself marks for every correct answer.
4. Deduct marks for incorrect answers according to the APSC negative marking rules.
5. Add the total marks to calculate your expected score.

Note: The estimated score is indicative. Your final score will be determined using the official answer key released by APSC.

How to Calculate Marks Using APSC Answer Key 2026?

Candidates can estimate their scores using the official answer key.

Follow these steps:

• Compare every response with the official answer key.
• Award marks for every correct answer as per the official marking scheme.
• Deduct marks for every incorrect response according to the prescribed negative marking.
• Leave unanswered questions uncounted.
• Add the total marks to obtain the expected score.

The calculated score will provide only an estimate. Final marks will be determined after the release of the final answer key and examination results.

APSC Answer Key 2026 Objection Process

Since the released answer key is provisional, candidates may challenge any answer they consider incorrect.

To submit an objection:

• Visit the official APSC website.
• Open the objection submission link.
• Select the relevant question.
• Upload authentic documentary proof supporting the claim.
• Submit the objection before the deadline.

According to the official notification:

• Last date to submit objections: 10 July 2026
• Claims without authentic documentary evidence will not be entertained.
• References to general websites or unspecified documents will not be accepted.
• Objections sent through email or hard copy will not be considered.
• The online objection link becomes available from 6 July 2026.

What Happens After the Objection Window?

After examining all objections received from candidates:

• Subject experts will verify each challenge.
• Valid objections will be accepted.
• Necessary corrections, if any, will be incorporated.
• APSC will release the Final Answer Key.
• The CCE Prelims Result 2026 will then be prepared on the basis of the final answer key.

The Commission’s decision on the final answer key will be binding.
