SSC MTS Analysis 2024 for 5th November, All Sets Shift Difficulty Level

The Staff Selection Commission successfully conducted the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts of the SSC MTS exam on 05th September 2024. The exam schedule was:

• 1st Shift: 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• 2nd Shift: 12:30 PM to 02:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM

Candidates attempted an average of 10 questions, while the remaining ones were of moderate difficulty and could be solved using the elimination method.

Candidates who reviewed last year’s questions felt better prepared, as many of the current questions were similar, allowing them to attempt an average of 22 questions.

Candidates found this section the hardest, so they focused on answering fewer questions, attempting an average of only 13 to 14 questions.

Many candidates were motivated to answer more than 22 questions, this section is moderate level.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2024

The exam has two sessions with four sections in total.

• Session 1 includes Maths and Reasoning, worth 120 marks, with no negative marking for wrong answers.
• Session 2 includes General Knowledge and English, of 150 marks, with a 1-mark deduction for each incorrect answer.
• Each section has a time limit of 45 minutes.
