Nishi Gupta of Kanpur Studied at Study IQ became the topper in Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services 2022 which was released by UP Public Service Commission on 30th August 2023. UP Public Service Commission also released the list of 10 toppers, out of which 6 are female candidates. Out of a total 302 selected candidates in PCS J 2022 recruitment, 165 female candidates were selected. (about 55%),Among the top 20 candidates, 15 women candidates are included.

Shishir Yadav of Prayagraj got second place, and Rashmi Singh of Kasganj stood third. Snehil Kunwar Singh of Jaunpur stood fourth. While Jhanvi Verma of Sultanpur got the fifth position.

In Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission’s PCS-J 2022, many candidates from small towns have planted flags. Candidates from very ordinary families have made their family and parents proud. Kanpur’s Nishi Gupta who topped PCS-J 2022 with No-1 rank also hails from this family. 27 year old Nishi’s father runs a bakery shop. Nishi’s father said that his happiness is not the end of the UP Judicial Service (Civil Judge Junior Division) recruitment exam.

On her success Nishi Gupta said that I consider myself lucky. Only in intermediate pass, my parents always gave me an atmosphere of reading and writing at home. Which helped me and my siblings to perform well in academics. Nishi Gupta appeared in the PCS-J exam for the first time. He achieved No-1 rank in first attempt. Nishi said that she likes reading books very much.

After her success Nishi said that her father Nirankar Gupta runs a paan shop in Kanupar. While mother is a housewife. Nishi says that her father always inspired her and her other siblings to work hard. He has a younger brother who is an engineer. His wife is married. He studied engineering at IIT Madras. Nishi was brought up in a joint family. Nishi was always interested in getting into lawyering since her childhood. After doing her BA-LLB in 2020 and LLM in 2022 from Allahabad University, she did her coaching in Prayagraj. She did her schooling from Fatima Convent.

The final selection results for the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services 2022 were made public on 30th August 2023 by the UP Public Service Commission. The list of the top 10 candidates was also made public by the UP Public Service Commission, six of whom are female candidates. Kanpur resident Nishi Gupta won the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services 2022 competition. In the PCS J 2022 recruiting, 165 female candidates were chosen out of a total of 302 candidates (approximately 55%), 15 of the top 20 candidates are women.
