What is IB ACIO City Intimation Slip 2025?

The City Intimation Slip is a pre-exam document released before the admit card. It contains details about:

  • The exam city where the candidate will have to appear.

  • The scheduled exam date.

  • The shift timing and reporting time.

This document helps aspirants prepare for their travel and stay arrangements in advance, especially if the exam centre is far from their residence.

Important: The IB ACIO City Slip 2025 is not the Admit Card. Candidates will still need to download their official admit card to appear in the exam.

IB ACIO Exam Dates 2025

The Tier I exam for IB ACIO Grade II/Executive recruitment will be conducted on:

Each day, the exam will be held in multiple shifts to accommodate the large number of candidates.

How to Download IB ACIO City Intimation Slip 2025?

Candidates can download their city slips through two methods – email and login portal.

Method 1: From Registered Email

  • The Ministry of Home Affairs has sent city slip details directly to the registered email IDs of candidates.

  • Candidates can check their inbox (and spam/junk folder if not visible).

Method 2: From Official Website

  1. Visit www.mha.gov.in or www.ncs.gov.in.

  2. Click on “Online Applications for ACIO Grade II/Executive”.

  3. Select the Login option.

  4. Enter User ID and Password generated during registration.

  5. Go to the City Intimation Tab.

  6. Download and check your exam city, date, and shift details.

IB ACIO Admit Card 2025 Release Date

The IB ACIO Admit Card 2025 will be released 3–4 days before the exam (by 13th September 2025). Unlike the city slip, the admit card will include:

  • Candidate’s roll number

  • Exact exam centre address

  • Reporting time and exam slot

  • Exam-day guidelines

Candidates must download and carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License) to the exam hall.

The IB ACIO recruitment involves three stages – Tier I, Tier II, and Interview.
