Citizens of India, or
Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or
Tibetan refugees settled in India before January 1, 1962, or
Persons of Indian origin from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, and East African countries intending to settle in India permanently.

Educational Qualification:

EO/AO: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
APFC: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Desirable: Diploma in Labour Laws, Public Administration, or Company Law.
