3. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth

4. Click Submit and verify the displayed details

SSC GD Physical Test Requirements

1. Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Height:

  • Male (Gen/OBC/SC): 170 cm

  • Female (Gen/OBC/SC): 157 cm

  • Relaxations for ST & hilly area candidates

• Chest (Male only): 80 cm unexpanded + 5 cm expansion

• Weight: Proportionate to height and age

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Male (Excl. Ladakh): 5 km run in 24 minutes

• Female (Excl. Ladakh): 1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes

• Male (Ladakh): 1.6 km run in 7 minutes

• Female (Ladakh): 800 m run in 5 minutes
