Live classes will be conducted in StudyIQ app in the purchased course.

What if my live classes don’t start due to some technical issue ?

During the classes can I interact with the faculty? Can I ask the doubts?

Yes you can interact with the faculty and clear your doubts in the live sessions through In-App Chat Section and through speaking directly with the faculty member by unmuting yourself.

What If the student misses the live class?

If the student misses the live class he will be provided with the recorded videos of the live session by next day (2 PM). It will be ensured that the recording is made available to students prior to the next live session.

Where can students find recorded videos ?

The student can find the recorded videos (Next Day by 2 PM) at StudyIQ application in the enrolled course. The student can watch the recorded videos any number of times as per their convenience

What would be the batch timings?

Batch timings are 7 p.m /3 a.m depending upon the brochure details.
