The Artemis 1 mission was earlier scheduled to launch on November 14 but it had to be postponed because of tropical storm Nicole.

This mission marks the debut of NASA's huge new Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and kicks off a 25-day journey to the moon and back for the uncrewed Orion spacecraft.
