Industrial Development Bank of India will recruit for the officer post: Grade B officers, Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C and Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D under various departments such as the Infrastructure Management Department (IMD), Administration – Rajbhasha, Fraud Risk Management (FRMG), Digital Banking & Emerging Payments (DB & EP), Finance & Accounts (FAD), IT & MIS, Legal, Risk Management – Information Security Group (ISG) and Treasury.

Infrastructure Management Department (IMD)

Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Candidates must have graduated in (B.Tech/B.E in Civil/ Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and SC, ST, PWD, 55% marks. Preference will be provided to those candidates who have postgraduation degrees and work experience (Minimum 6 years of experience as an officer.)
Manager (Grade B) – Candidates must have graduated from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and SC, ST, PWD, 55% marks. Preference will be provided to those candidates who have post-graduation degrees and work experience (Minimum 3 years of experience as an officer.)

Rajbhasha

Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D – Candidates must have graduated from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and SC, ST, PWD, 55% marks. . Preference will be provided to those candidates who have post-graduation degree in Hindi, English, and Sanskrit as the core subject with minimum 60% marks and (SC,ST, PWD candidates 55% Marks) Minimum 10 years‟ experience
Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C – Candidates must have graduated from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and SC, ST, PWD, 55% marks. . Fraud Risk Management

Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D – Candidates must graduate from recognized universities with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and SC, ST, PWD, 55% marks, and CGPA 6. Preference will be provided to those candidates who have a post-graduation degree with minimum 60% marks and (SC, ST, PWD candidates 55% Marks) a Minimum of 10 years‟ experience.

The selection process for aforesaid post/position will comprise of preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of Age, Educational Qualifications and working experience etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form and documents in support.
